Updated PTA Lab Makes Way for Interactive Learning

In summer 2021, Clarkson College updated their Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) lab to provide a streamlined space that will assist students as they learn to provide effective and safe rehabilitative services to patients.

“We’re very excited to be able to offer our students and faculty an updated space that will facilitate hands-on learning,” said Jessica Niemann, M.Ed., PTA, Director of PTA. “Our students prepare to provide exceptional patient care in rehabilitative services, and this updated space allows us to continue this pursuit.”

New flooring, updated equipment, and refurbished tables and chairs give the lab an updated and more modern look. Smart technology allows faculty to incorporate different learning techniques in the classroom and meet students educational needs in a variety of ways.
